I apologize for my crappy photos. It actually looks rather decent in real life, much to my own surprise and astonishment.
If you're a Silmarillion fan I probably won't have to explain what this depicts, but just in case you're not: behold my wire-wrapped take on Laurelin and Telperion, the Two Trees of Valinor. The trees were sacred sources of light that lit the Undying Lands before the Sun and the Moon... until Melkor came along with the giant spider Ungoliantë, who sort of ate them and brought about darkness.
I saw this "tree of life" pendant thing on Pinterest, and I just felt I could do something with the concept. As I mentioned before, it came out surprisingly well.
This is a birthday gift to Agnes Riemann. Since I have no wire pliers (x.x) my fingers are really painful now, so I hope she appreciates the gesture.
